EACH AND EVERY RAW MATERIAL & PARTS ARE BEING CHECKED FOR ITS MECHANICAL PROPERTIES, SO AS TO GET IT CONFIRMED THAT THE MATERIAL IS AS PER REQUIRED STANDARD SPECIFICATION. ONLY APPROVED RAW MATERIAL IS BEING ENTERED IN THE STORES.
DURING MANUFACTURING, EACH AND EVERY COMPONENTS OF THE PRODUCT, IS BEING CHECKED FOR ITS DIMENSION. THE ITEM MANUFACTURED EXACTLY AS PER THE MANUFACTURING DRAWING, WITH FINE MACHINING AND ASSEMBLED PROPERLY IS BEING TESTED AND APPROVED FOR FINAL DISPATCH.
EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT IS BEING CHECKED FOR ITS CLEARANCES, DURING ASSEMBLY.
AFTER GETTING PRODUCT COMPLETED, THE SAME IS BEING TESTED FOR ITS PERFORMANC ON OUR WELL- EQUIPPED TEST BENCH AS PER THE TESTING STANDARDS, WHICH INCLUDES ALL SORT OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND THE ELECTRIC MOTOR OF DIFFERENT RATING AND SPEED.
EACH AND EVERY 'IVC' PRODUCT IS BEING TESTED ON OUR TEST BENCH AND PERFORMANCE TEST CERTIFCATES ARE MAINTAINED IN OUR RECORDS. IT CAN BE SENT TO CLIENTS ON THEIR DEMAND.

ALL RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED TO REACH THE ROOT-CAUSE OF THE COMPLAINTS, IF SO REQUIRED.
